Entry Level Mailroom Production Associate

Earn Up to $2,000/Week

Schedule a Meeting:

• Position: Mailroom Production Associate (Mail Inserter Operator)
• Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: 1.5x hourly rate ($31.50/hour)
• Potential Earnings: Up to $2,000 per week with overtime
• Project Duration: Up to 6 weeks
• Job Type: Short-Term Contract
• Location: Everett, Washington

• 12-hour shifts
• Day and Night shifts available
• Work schedule may include:
  • 7 days per week
  • Weekends required
• Significant overtime opportunities available throughout the project

As a Mail Inserter Production Associate , you will work in a fast-paced mailroom environment supporting ballot processing operations.

• Operate and support mail inserter machines
• Load envelopes into production equipment
• Monitor printing quality and ensure addresses print correctly
• Insert ballots and documents into envelopes
• Clear paper jams and machine stoppages
• Remove completed ballot packets from machines
• Ensure production meets quality and accuracy standards
• Follow written work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other production tasks as needed

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for the entire shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• Able to perform repetitive tasks throughout the day

• Basic math skills required
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

This is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
