Veterinarian (Full-Time, Part-Time or Relief) – Urgent Care

We practice urgent care medicine because it matters. People show up stressed and worried, —and they’re trusting you to figure it out.

We’re open 7 days a week, 10am–7pm. No overnights. No on-call .

Full-time is just 3 days per week . Part-time is typically 2 days. We are happy to discuss alternative schedules.

You will see a variety of patients needing your help: From diarrhea to limping to trauma.

We work cases up properly. We also understand reality. You’ll practice spectrum-of-care medicine—meeting clients where they are without compromising your standards.

We have all the bells and whistles:

• Full in-house IDEXX lab
• Imagyst
• Ultrasound + digital radiology with fast radiology reads
• Cubex system
• Surgery if you want it (not required)
• Doctors who LOVE discussing cases
• A boarded surgeon for inhouse orthopedic
• Strong local ER/specialty referral support
• Fully staffed shifts (4 techs/assistants + 2 CSRs per doctor)

This is meaningful work. The kind where you go home tired—but it meant something.

And yes—you will make money.

• $150,000 base + monthly production (no negative accrual)
• Most doctors are well over $200k. High performers push $250k+

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years experience (GP, ER, or urgent care)
• You can move fast and think clearly
• You can communicate effectively with a variety of humans
• You show up for your team
