ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
The Tour Prep Technician tests and prepares cable and builds work trunks for tours.
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS : The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising independent judgment and discretion.
- Attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy to ensure production at expected quality and quantity levels.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, client driven, demanding environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions.
- Prompt, consistent, and dependable attendance is a requirement for this position.
- Availability to work overtime on short notice, including weekends, when necessary
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Peeling tape, cleaning of cable
- Pulling from inventory and looming of cable for work trunks
- Assisting with check in process of work trunks and cutting apart cable upon return from tour
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks
- Assisting with cycle counting of all gear
- Testing of all cable on testing machine
- Assisting with shipping and receiving when necessary
- Drive Clair vehicles with either gear or personnel at any time of the day.
