The Laboratory Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations within the laboratory department. This role involves close collaboration with the Laboratory Director on policy and procedural matters to ensure efficient laboratory operations supporting patient care.

Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with CLIA and CAP standards.

Coordinate laboratory testing on inpatient and outpatient samples.

Lead team members in providing timely and accurate laboratory results.

Implement and monitor laboratory protocols and policies.

Facilitate communication between laboratory staff and medical personnel.

Five (5) years of experience in a clinical role.

Two (2) years of laboratory leadership experience.

Proficiency with Kronos/UKG and Epic Beaker.

Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) required.

Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
