Are you warm, approachable, and passionate about helping people feel comfortable? As our Dental Assistant, you’ll play an important role in preparing patients for treatment, assisting during procedures, and maintaining a safe, caring environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for dental exams and procedures.
• Assist dentists chairside with treatments, radiographs, and impressions.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, aftercare, and treatment plans.
• Clean and disinfect operatories, instruments, and equipment after each use.
• Maintain organized inventory of dental supplies and materials.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and safety protocols.
• Partner with the front desk to support smooth patient flow and scheduling.
• Provide compassionate, professional service that exceeds patient expectations.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bilingual  English, Spanish a plus. 
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Dental Assistant certification or Expanded Duties certificate preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
