• 20 shifts per month
• Nighttime census 16 patients
• Inpatient pediatric hospitalist position
• Three senior residents assigned for support
• 4pm - 2am in house, 2am - 6am call from hotel
• PALS certification required
• No deliveries or nursery coverage
• Residents handle admits and documentation
