Salary $70k- $100k Job Description Commercial Plumbing Estimator Location: Orlando, FL Area Salary $70k- $100k We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Estimator to support our preconstruction team. This role is responsible for developing accurate, competitive estimates and managing assigned bids from initial takeoff through final submission. The position focuses primarily on commercial plumbing and medical gas scopes and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Estimator to support our preconstruction team. This role is responsible for developing accurate, competitive estimates and managing assigned bids from initial takeoff through final submission. The position focuses primarily on commercial plumbing and medical gas scopes and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and addenda Develop complete and accurate estimates and bid packages Solicit, analyze, and level vendor and subcontractor pricing Coordinate scope requirements and clarify bid details Manage bids throughout the full estimating lifecycle Maintain confidentiality of all bid-related information Qualifications 5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Proven ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Background in conceptual and schematic estimating Knowledge of plumbing and medical gas codes Field experience in plumbing or related trades What We’re Looking For A detail-oriented and self-driven professional who produces accurate work, meets deadlines, and communicates effectively with internal teams and external partners.
