Contract | Days | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room
• Support orthopedic and neurological surgical cases, as well as a broad range of OR procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties as required by the surgical team
• Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation and adhere to facility protocols and standards of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or a valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 18 months of OR specialty experience within the past 3 years
• Strong orthopedic and neurological surgical experience, as well as well-rounded OR skills
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or specialty surgical environment
• Familiarity with a wide variety of surgical service lines beyond orthopedics and neurology
