Research Administrator Assistant

To support the Office of Sponsored Projects Administration, the full-time Research Administrator Assistant will manage the setup of new sponsored project accounts, ensure data accuracy, and process account modifications while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, with eligibility for remote work for candidates with prior research administration experience. Key responsibilities Setting up new sponsored project accounts in the OSPA database and ensuring data accuracy Processing account modifications, including no-cost extensions and budget revisions, while ensuring compliance with sponsor and institutional guidelines Resolving post-award issues and maintaining proper documentation for audits and records Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience Three years of related experience in research administration Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel Ability to adapt and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
