Nurse Practitioner Opportunity at GuideStar EldercareAs a Nurse Practitioner at GuideStar Eldercare, you will have the opportunity to address the suffering of an aging population afflicted with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other neurocognitive disorders in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
