The Unit Manager coordinates care planning, manages staffing and resources, and supports survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive strong clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction, while mentoring staff and supporting professional growth across our Indiana communities.
