Your Role and Impact As a BCBA atCortica,you’llplay a pivotal role in overseeingneurodiversity-affirmingclinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.You'lllead ateam of behavior technicians (BTs) empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmentaldifferences. Autonomy over Your Schedule: You’llhave full control over when and where you supervise your cases, empoweringyou to design a schedule that works for you. Administrative Support: Focus on what you do best—clinical care—while our dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, leaving you with more time to focus on your work and patients. Qualifications and Requirements Master’s degree in human services ora related field. Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
