Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $19.57 / Hour Job Schedule Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific access control procedures, credential verification, and appropriate emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location. Monitor entry and exit points, screen visitors, issue access credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and/or delivery logs in support of security‑related site policies. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns through the proper chain of command and documenting security‑related activity as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, lobby areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions. Support day‑to‑day operations by communicating clearly with site contacts, following post orders, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security‑related concerns in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements Possess 2+ years of security‑related experience. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
