Here's what you'll get to do:

• The Will Call Lead Representative works directly with customers.
• This person is responsible for the safety of Will Call employees as well as customer safety while on the plant floor, providing training to Will Call employees, product, service information and processing orders.
• Serves as an ambassador between the customer and the company.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
• Maintain broad knowledge of clients, products, and services.
• Document customer interactions and transactions.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Willingness to train Will Call employees on the proper way to provide great customer service.
• The safety of the Will Call team as well as our customers must be a priority.
• Reliable employee with good attendance.
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, stay current with all inquiries and tasks.
• Strong, friendly personality and able to communicate with customers in an effective manner. Must be able to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Basic computer skills a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure.
• Ability to drive Power Industrial Equipment.
• Perform work as assigned by supervisor.
• Read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Attach appropriate labels to material while correctly counting and identifying materials.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
