This role includes greeting and directing visitors, performing regular foot patrols, and ensuring the security and safety of client sites. Responsibilities Greet, welcome, direct, and announce visitors in a professional and friendly manner Maintain regular foot patrols according to prescribed schedules Monitor premises and respond to any unusual sounds, odors, or suspicious activity Lock/unlock gates and doors as needed Respond to problem situations and elevate as appropriate Maintain thorough documentation including Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports Communicate with clients, supervisors, vendors, contractors, and the public professionally Travel between assigned locations throughout the shift as needed Ensure consistent service excellence and customer satisfaction Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent, OR 5 years of verifiable experience Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record Must possess an active Texas Guard Card Must be able to walk, stand, and travel between job sites during shifts Must available to work on the weekends and OT if needed As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background check and drug screening in accordance with federal, state, and local laws American Security Force is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
