What You'll Bring

• Five to six years of law firm experience.
• At least five years of litigation legal secretary experience.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
• A strong work ethic, excellent judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A four-year bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

 

What You'll Do

• Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys with busy litigation practices.
• Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and monitor critical deadlines.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries.
• Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time.
• Assist with business development and marketing initiatives, including research and document preparation.
• Maintain and organize client and matter files in accordance with firm policies.
• Enter attorney time as needed.
• Respond promptly to attorney and administrative requests.
• Handle special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
