Servers welcome and greet guests as they arrive, take food and beverage orders, and deliver those items from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
Servers monitor and observe guests’ dining experience to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests.

Required skills and qualifications to be a Server with Mad Mex North Hills:

Must be at least 18 years old
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others
Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
Basic math skills and the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system

Physical requirements for Server with Mad Mex North Hills:

Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds

While specific scheduling needs may vary, in general applicants are expected to have availability to work a mix of both weekdays and weekends as well as a mix of daytime and closing (night) shift availability.
