Service Videographer

Peltier Subaru is looking for a dependable, outgoing, and detail-oriented Express Technician / Service Videographer to join our Service Department! This unique position combines automotive service with customer communication. You’ll work alongside our Express Service team while creating personalized video updates for customers after their vehicle has been serviced. The goal is to give every customer a clear, transparent look at their vehicle, what was completed during their visit, and what they may want to plan for at their next service. What You’ll Do

• Perform and assist with Express Service maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filters, and multipoint inspections.
• Record personalized walk-around videos of customers’ vehicles after service.
• Clearly explain what maintenance was completed during the visit.
• Show customers important areas of their vehicle, such as tires, brakes, filters, fluids, and other inspected components.
• Point out items that may need attention now or at a future service.
• Provide helpful recommendations for upcoming maintenance based on the vehicle’s condition and Subaru service intervals.
• Keep videos professional, friendly, informative, and easy for customers to understand.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and technicians to ensure recommendations are accurate.
• Help create a more transparent and personalized service experience for every Peltier Subaru customer.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera.
• Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills.
• Basic automotive knowledge or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to explain vehicle maintenance in simple, customer-friendly terms.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or similar device to record videos.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Automotive or Subaru experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
