Identifies, designs, and implements advanced process and technology improvements to enhance operational workflows.3. Monitors, analyses, and reports on key performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements.5. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.6. Communicates operational status, risks, and strategic improvement plans to executive stakeholders.7. Provides project leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members and junior professionals.QualificationsRequired QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.3. Extensive knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.4. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).Preferred Qualifications1. Advanced degree in business administration, finance, staffing planning, or a related field.2. Extensive experience in position management, workforce economics, staffing governance, or financial planning across both full-time and contingent (FTE/CW) labor in a large enterprise or financial services environment.3.
