Scrum Master
The Opportunity: We are seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile software development teams delivering mission-critical applications for government customers. The Scrum Master will facilitate effective team coordination, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include: facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, coaching team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, partnering with the Product Owner to maintain a prioritized backlog, helping teams establish achievable sprint goals, identifying and resolving impediments, maintaining accurate sprint information in Jira, capturing key decisions and action items, fostering collaboration among developers, testers, business analysts, DevOps personnel, and government stakeholders, and helping teams manage changing priorities while maintaining focus on sprint goals.
Qualifications: At least three years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or facilitating Agile delivery for software development teams, demonstrated knowledge of Scrum principles, Agile planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and continuous improvement practices, experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams with varying levels of Agile maturity, proficiency with Jira and Confluence, working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, experience using Agile metrics to support team improvement, and strong facilitation, communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $60,100 - $123,200 CACI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
