At Healthy Connections, we lead with Community, Compassion, and Excellence—and we're looking for someone who shares that commitment.What You'll DoServe as a liaison between patients, pharmacists, insurance companies, and providersProcess prescriptions, assist with insurance verification, and handle prior authorizationsMaintain accurate medication inventory and check for expired stockCoordinate prescription pickups and occasional deliveriesPrepare deposits, reports, and maintain required documentationUphold HIPAA, safety, and infection control standardsSupport patients with professionalism and confidentialityParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and team communicationTravel locally as needed between clinicsWhat We're Looking ForActive, unrestricted Arkansas Pharmacy Technician license (Required)CPR certificationExcellent communication, organization, and customer service skillsKnowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy operationsProficiency with Microsoft Office and general network systemsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsValid driver's license and current auto insuranceSpanish language skills are a plus, but not requiredStrong commitment to patient care, teamwork, and compliance standardsWhy You'll Love Working HereAt Healthy Connections, you'll find more than just a job—you'll find purpose.
