Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Lab Testing: Analyze blood, fluids, and tissue samples with precision
- Operate and Maintain Equipment: Ensure accurate test results by maintaining and troubleshooting lab instruments
- Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Provide reliable data to support diagnoses and patient care decisions
- Ensure Quality and Compliance: Follow CLIA, CAP, and internal quality control standards
What You Need:
- Associate degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
