This includes welcoming guests, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests enjoy a premium experience throughout their stay.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and engage with executive-level guests in a warm, professional manner.Set up, maintain, and replenish buffet offerings for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails.Monitor food and beverage inventory and communicate replenishment needs to the kitchen or F&B team.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge, including seating areas, buffet stations, and restrooms.Assist guests with special requests, including dietary needs, reservations, and concierge services.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly or escalate to management as needed.Maintain accurate records of guest usage and lounge activity when required.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.QualificationsPrevious experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or guest services preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Basic food handling and safety knowledge. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies up to 25 lbs.Position Requirements - Education & ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred. Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations). Food Handlers certification (must comply with State regulations). Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly. Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations.This position is currently accepting applications.
