Quality Control Engineer

Quality Control Engineer | $85K–$90K + Benefits

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Milford, CT where you'll own product quality from start to finish and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 standards

• Program and optimize AOI equipment

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Support FAIs & FAIR documentation

• Monitor yield, scrap, and rework trends

• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)

• Partner with teams, customers, and auditors on quality issues

What You Bring:
3+ years in manufacturing quality (PCB/PCBA preferred)
Strong in SPC, MRB, and problem-solving
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
