Part Time HR Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Part Time HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to our corporate Human Resources team. This position will be 25 hours a week with a flexible schedule. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department, including data entry, recordkeeping, and document management

Prepare, compile, and distribute weekly employee exit interview reports

Prepare and mail weekly benefit portability notices

Upload, code, reconcile, and maintain benefit premium invoices

Process weekly 401(k) payroll submissions and enrollment notifications

Maintain accurate, organized records while protecting confidential employee information

Assist with additional HR projects and administrative duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally

Comfortable using computers, learning new software, and managing multiple tasks

Dependable, willing to learn, and able to follow established procedures

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in an office or administrative environment

Clerical experience, including data entry, recordkeeping, and general administrative support
