Pool Supervisor

We are looking for motivated and responsible Pool & Recreation Supervisors to lead our team of pool attendants in delivering an outstanding guest experience. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within the pool and recreation areas, ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests. As a supervisor, you will support, guide, and coordinate a team of pool attendants while managing a variety of operational and guest service responsibilities. This position reports directly to the Recreation Manager. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age. Availability on weekends and holidays is required. Responsibilities: • Supervise pool attendants • Provide an excellent experience for guests and look for ways to exceed expectations • Proactively create memorable experiences for guests • Greet all guests arriving in the pool area • Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times • Monitor guests around the water • Patrol and oversee the pool and recreation areas • Enforce pool rules and guidelines • Accurately take and record chemical readings • Follow opening and closing procedures • Complete the daily checklist • Stock towels and maintain a clean water station • Inspect the pool area and replace missing items when possible, as well as address minor repairs (e.g., umbrellas, chairs) • Keep trash and debris cleared at all times • Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: • Must have a valid driver’s license • Candidate must have high school diploma or GED • Candidate must be comfortable working in harsh weather conditions • Must be able to lift heavy equipment and dexterity • We prefer candidates with previous experience and knowledge about pool maintenance, chemicals, and repair techniques • Must be at least 18 years of age • Responsible and accountable. • High level of professionalism. • Motivated, positive attitude. • Outgoing and sociable. • Team player with the ability to work independently. • Ability to supervise pool attendants • detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. • Customer service-oriented and ensures every guest has an excellent experience. Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
