Senior Contracts Manager

Responsibilities Lead the Common Contracts Systems (CCS)/Contract Life Management (CLM) Center of Excellence Support the Government and Enterprise Contracts organization for all acquisitions Manage a team of CCS Data Administrators with a focus on quality data entry Work closely with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) on MOCAS and CCS Reconciliation Present reconciliations to Boeing Global Services (BGS) and Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) leaders Develop relationships with IT, Future Finance Systems (FFS) Business Partners, and stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher 5+ years of experience using a contracting database (e.g. Common Contract System (CCS)) 5+ years of experience with Government proposals 3+ years of experience leading or managing proposal development and negotiating commercial and/or government contracts Skills Contract management Data entry Proposal development Contract negotiation Contracting database Leadership Relationship building Communication Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree #J-18808-Ljbffr
