Senior Paralegal

You’ll work closely with the company’s legal leadership while interacting across development, construction, finance, accounting and ownership. What You’ll Do Coordinate commercial real estate closings and keep transactions moving toward critical deadlines Track key dates across multiple projects, purchase agreements, amendments and development phases Prepare and organize closing documents, settlement statements, agreements and related legal documentation Research prior agreements and transactions to create strong first drafts for attorney review Work closely with legal, development, construction, finance, accounting and project management teams Identify potential issues and know when outside legal expertise may be needed Improve processes, organization and document workflows as the company continues to grow Use technology and AI tools to improve the speed and quality of document preparation What They’re Looking For: Have meaningful paralegal experience with commercial real estate, development or sophisticated real estate transactions 5-10 years of paralegal experience - preferable within the real estate space Understand the language and moving pieces involved in real estate deals and closings Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple transactions and changing deadlines Are proactive and resourceful—you look for answers and solutions before simply asking someone else Can prepare polished, accurate documents and get work into a strong position for attorney review Are intellectually curious and want to understand the “why” behind the work Present professionally and are comfortable communicating with executives, internal teams and external business partners Enjoy a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where decisions happen quickly and priorities can change The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities. The base salary range for this position is $90,000–$110,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
