Cost Lead (Pharmaceuticals Construction) FIFO

In this role you will: Activelyparticipatein the tender/bid process--frominitialtender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting Lead the change management process Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your team Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation andtimelycommunication We would love to hear from you if you: Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on mission critical projects such as Pharma or similar Have a degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing Are happy to travel for short periods to meet with your clients,partnersand team Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun This is a remote opportunity that will require travel to project site in Northern Chicago, IL. The Salary Range for this position is $125,000.00 USD - $175,000.00 USD but actual salary offered is dependent upon experience, education and skillset.
