The Health Facility Evaluator II conducts inspections of health care facilities across Florida to ensure compliance with state licensure and federal certification requirements under Medicare/Medicaid. The incumbent documents findings, completes survey reports, and may work as an individual, team member, or team leader. This position is mission-essential and may require work during weekends, holidays, and emergencies, with extensive travel including overnight stays. Key qualifications: Three years of professional or nonprofessional health care licensure, regulation, and/or certification experience Knowledge of state licensure and federal certification survey requirements Ability to develop and implement program monitoring methodologies Proficiency with computer equipment and Microsoft Office software Ability to travel with or without accommodations and lift up to 25 pounds regularly Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communicate effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr Civicworks
