Location: Greer, SC Schedule: Monday-Friday; start time 6:30 AM Position: Master Plumber West Shore Home is a technology-driven, industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high‑quality remodeling of bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. Operates in over 40 locations nationwide and employs over 3,000 staff. Purpose Of Position We’re looking for a skilled Master Plumber ready to make an impact. Work alongside Installation Manager, Lead Installers, and the Operations team to keep projects running smoothly, following safety practices and delivering a 5‑star customer experience. Key Role Accountabilities Use your plumbing license to secure permits, coordinate inspections, and ensure projects meet all local requirements Respond to plumbing emergencies and support service calls Conduct job‑site inspections and scoping to maintain quality, safety, and installation standards Serve as the branch plumbing expert; provide guidance, training, and support to Installation Managers and teams Stay current on plumbing codes, new products, and techniques while promoting safe work practices across all jobs Compensation Approximate hourly: $35.00–$45.00 per hour. Pay ranges may vary based on background, skills, and geographic location.
