Fusco Personnel is representing a confidential client in the search for a seasoned construction leader to oversee a diverse portfolio of industrial development and capital improvement initiatives . This position will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from early planning and budgeting through construction and final turnover.
Responsibilities
- Direct multiple industrial construction and facility improvement projects.
- Partner with contractors, design professionals, vendors, utility companies, and local authorities.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, bids, contracts, and change orders.
- Oversee site work, infrastructure, permitting, inspections, and project coordination.
- Monitor safety, quality, costs, schedules, and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot field and construction issues and ensure projects are properly documented and closed out.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in construction management, industrial development, or related field.
- Proven experience managing complex commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, site development, and building systems.
- Ability to interpret architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Experience with industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or logistics facilities preferred.
- Strong financial, organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD experience a plus.
Compensation: up to $150,000 annually + competitive benefits package.
