Job Description Farmers Insurance District 04 is growing and seeking a bilingual English/Spanish sales professional who wants to build a long-term career in insurance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping families and business owners, can build trust in the community, and is interested in developing toward future agency leadership opportunities. You will work with an established Farmers agency, receive sales and product training, and learn how insurance agencies grow through service, referrals, marketing, and consistent follow-up. Insurance experience is helpful, but the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to connect with people matter just as much.
