Forklift Operator

Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday

Location: Warehouse/Production Environment

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling oversized materials, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in operating equipment safely and efficiently.

• Operate forklifts to safely move, load, unload, and stage materials
• Handle oversized materials, including products up to 30 feet long
• Transport materials throughout warehouse and production areas
• Perform daily forklift inspections to ensure safe operation
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records
• Organize materials and keep work areas clean and orderly
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to support daily operations
• Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and company procedures

• Previous forklift experience required
• Experience handling long or oversized materials preferred
• Ability to maneuver large loads safely in warehouse environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a physically active environment

You'll work in a warehouse and production setting where safety is the top priority. This role involves operating forklifts, moving materials, and staying active throughout the day. Employees are provided the tools, training, and support needed to perform their jobs safely and successfully.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincolnton, NC.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
