6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (40 hours scheduled, 32 hours guaranteed) Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled CVOR Surgical Technologist to provide exceptional support in cardiovascular operating rooms. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in handling instruments and equipment, assisting with surgical procedures, and ensuring a sterile environment. Responsibilities Assist surgeons and other medical staff during open heart surgeries. Prepare the operating room by setting up surgical instruments and equipment. Ensure all necessary supplies are available and properly sterilized. Maintain a sterile field during procedures and adhere to all safety protocols. Handle specimens and assist with suture and dressing applications post-surgery. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 5 years of surgical tech experience, with at least 3 years specifically in CVOR. Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI. Must possess an active state license with no hits. Recent travel experience is highly preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
