Maintain comprehensive GAAP‑compliant accounting schedules, including fixed asset roll forwards and supporting documentation Prepare and record accurate and timely journal entries, including accruals, reclasses, depreciation, and month‑end adjustments Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations with clear documentation and resolution of reconciling items Build strong cross functional relationships with AP, AR, FP&A, Tax, and Operations to ensure expenses and transactions are recorded accurately and on time Support month‑end close activities end‑to‑end, contributing to consistent, timely close cycles Assist in the annual budgeting process by providing actuals, variance explanations, and schedule updates Support the Accounting team with projections, analysis, audit requests, and process improvement initiatives Jump in where needed - we're a collaborative team, and you'll play a key role in helping us meet deadlines and deliver business‑critical results Who We Are: We're a passionate group of collaborative problem solvers and creative innovators, working on cutting‑edge technology.
