Business Analyst

Business AnalystSirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support technology implementations, process improvements, operational workflow redesign, and reporting initiatives in Atlanta, GA. Key responsibilities include:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, workflows, and functional specifications.Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.Manage and clarify backlog requirements and project priorities.Support UAT, including test scripts, defect tracking, and business validation.Support Agile activities, including sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder updates.Track project milestones, risks, KPIs, and performance metrics.Maintain project documentation and communicate status and recommendations to stakeholders.Required qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.2–5 years of Business Analyst or related experience.Strong experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, and UAT.Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.Preferred qualifications:Salesforce implementation, build, configuration, or administration experience.Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud experience.Salesforce certifications are a plus.Insurance and/or claims processing experience.Healthcare or regulated-industry experience.Experience defining and tracking KPIs.Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
