The Med Surg unit offers a dynamic clinical environment serving patients across diverse medical and surgical specialties. As Med/Surg RN Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure optimal staffing, and maintain the highest standards of patient care. You’ll lead a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, mentor staff, and implement evidence based practices that directly improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer , the Clinical Nursing Manager of Med Surg will enjoy strong leadership support and a network of friendly, diverse nursing and healthcare professionals. This role allows you to combine hands-on clinical oversight with strategic leadership responsibilities.
