Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Multiple Openings | Sacramento • Citrus Heights • Carmichael, CA We are seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) to join supportive, patient-focused therapy teams at skilled nursing facilities throughout the greater Sacramento area. Multiple positions are currently available in Sacramento, Citrus Heights, and Carmichael. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities may be available depending on location. What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation Flexible scheduling Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities Supportive, collaborative therapy teams Established skilled nursing facilities Opportunity to work with a diverse rehabilitation population Benefits available for qualifying full-time positions Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled physical therapy services to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Provide patient and caregiver education Support safe discharge planning and continuity of care Qualifications Current California Physical Therapist license Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong communication and patient-care skills Multiple Sacramento-Area Locations We are actively recruiting for facilities in Sacramento, Citrus Heights, and Carmichael, CA.
