Gym membership reimbursement and partner discounts. What are my responsibilities? Implement quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain or increase elders’ physical and mental well‑being. Ensure knowledge of the skin‑care policy and prompt preventative measures to maintain skin integrity of all elders. Monitor guests for changes in condition and coordinate care with physicians. Review care plans and make changes as the resident’s condition or plan of care evolves, completing an admission care plan in a timely manner. Complete prescribed treatments and ensure medication administration is timely, private, and per facility procedure. What do I need to be considered? STAR mentality (Self‑less, Tough, Accountable, Respectful). Active RN/LPN license in the state of Nebraska or a compact state. Focus on resident care, team player.
