SierTeK is seeking a qualified Division Business Analyst to support Division leadership by analyzing business operations, improving processes, coordinating workflow activities, gathering requirements, and developing solutions that enhance organizational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - JOURNEYMAN Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering Management, Public Administration or related discipline 5+ years business operations, program management, or management analysis experience Minimum Qualifications - SENIOR Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering Management, Public Administration or related discipline 10+ years experience in business operations, program management, or management analysis experience Executive-level strategic planning Organizational transformation Cross-functional leadership SierTeK is an equal opportunity employer.
