HR Generalist: Onboarding, Payroll & Compliance
Insight Investments
Insight Investments is seeking an HR Generalist based in Irvine, California, to support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain employee records, and assist with recruiting activities. You will interact closely with Payroll and Accounting to ensure compliance and help manage HR systems. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ADP.
