Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 32 scheduled hours per week.
• 5 days per week.

Eureka, Kansas offers a quiet small-town setting with access to outdoor recreation and regional travel options.
