Job Description

Top-tier National Property Management Company is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated and customer service driven Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment community located in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Requirements:

24/7 availability for emergencies
independent leader/manager
strong communication
experienced with training
organization
customer service skills
team player mentality
Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities:

Turning apartments
Organizing/prioritizing maintenance tasks including work orders and repairs.
Supervising/participating in all aspects of the preventative maintenance programs, as well as the rotating on-call emergency request function
