Pay Rates
1st Shift: $22.50/hr
2nd Shift: $23.00/hr
Schedule
1st Shift
- Monday - Thursday
- 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
2nd Shift
- Monday - Thursday
- 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
What You'll Do
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding on steel products
- Read blueprints, shop drawings, and tape measures
- Grind, fit, and assemble components to specifications
- Perform basic fabrication and welding repairs
- Meet quality, safety, and production standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Previous welding and manufacturing experience
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
