What impact you can create at CHANEL: Set the vision in creating client development strategy for VIC, High Potential, and other top client segments. Developstrategies aligned to boutique prioritiesto improve VOC in partnership with the boutiquemanagementteam. Ability to develop relationships at an extensive high leveland representthe brandas a CHANEL ambassadorthat willinspire the boutique teams and engage clients and elite prospects. Define and implement a successfulclientelingstrategy for the boutique. Targeting client segmentsandout-reach in partnership with boutiquemanagementand corporate office teams to implement these strategies. Lead client and business development strategies by creating exceptional experiences for our clients in partnership with the boutique priorities, category managers and the Fashion Client Engagement & Development team. Developand implement high ROI event strategies for the boutiquei.e.,grass root in partnership with boutiquemanagementandtheEvents team. Develop a strong high-end local clienteleina specific area.The ideal candidate should havean extensive network, strong existing industry relationshipsand already part of the communities that are important tothe brand. Identify and target high potential clientsand create special experencesto increase retention. Partner with corporate teamstocontinue toelevateprograms for top clients (e.g., gifting program, event tickets, etc.). Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position.
