Billing Specialist

Posted Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 5:00 AM Job Duties & Responsibilities Prepares and issues customer invoices based on service records or contracts Verifies accuracy of billing data, rates, and supporting documentation Records billing transactions and maintains up-to-date billing files Communicates with customers regarding billing questions and payment status Assists with reconciliations and reporting as needed Supports the billing department in maintaining compliance with company standards Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job Work Schedule Monday - Friday (Occasional weekend and travel requirements) Why join the PSC team Since 1952, PSC Group has had a strong reputation for quality service, safety, environmental protection, and taking care of our employees.
