Data Entry Specialist

Position Summary: iTeam is hiring Data Entry Specialist to support one of our Federal Government customers. The data entry position will be responsible for providing low error and high-volume inputting/entry of data into customer’s systems. Position Description: The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for screening quality of the documents to identifydocuments that are not sufficiently complete to be processed. The Data Entry Specialist will be forensuring data quality. This will require the Data Entry Specialist to examine the documents forcompleteness. Documents that pass the Data Entry Specialist screening will be processed to extract selectdata from the source document and the data will be entered into the customer’s systems. The Data EntrySpecialists will be responsible processing the documents in a timely manner into the customer’s systems. Minimum Experience Level: 1 year of data entry experience or 1 year of experience handling data entryresponsibilities or equivalent experience in law enforcement or related field Data Entry Specialist Requirements Highly organized with a precise attention to quality and details Fast and accurate typist Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals Understands data confidentiality principles and follows them to the letter Willingness to learn and to grow with the company Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision Extensive computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Education High school diploma Security Clearance Ability to obtain the required security clearance **Security Clearance Requirement** An active security clearance may be required for this role.
