Schedule: Multiple shift options available; flexible scheduling for physicians and APPs across day, evening, and night coverage

Highlights:

• Emergency department experiencing growth with expansion plans approved for Q3 2026 (adding 8 rooms, 1 trauma bay, and fast-track remodel)
• Current facility includes 14 treatment rooms plus 1 trauma bay, 12 vertical areas, and 6 hallway beds
• Annual ED volume of approximately 35,000 visits (averaging 95 visits per day) with a 17% admission rate
• EMR: Meditech Expanse
• Contract length flexible from 3 months to 1 year; credentialing process takes approximately 90 days
• Travel support available including flight, hotel, and rental car coverage

Requirements:

• Emergency Medicine Physicians: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine with ED experience required
• Advanced Practice Providers: Emergency Medicine Fellowship training strongly preferred with ED experience
• Texas candidates strongly preferred for locums assignments
• Out-of-state candidates considered for locums-to-perm or direct permanent positions
• IMLC accepted (facility will only license providers with active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact)
• Please note: Emergency privileges are not available
