We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care for a 4-week contract assignment. This role requires a compassionate and skilled RN who is confident in delivering high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing and evaluating residents’ health status and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring, documenting, and reporting changes in patient condition
• Providing education and emotional support to residents and their families
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Responding effectively to emergencies and urgent situations
• Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR system
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
• Advocating for residents’ rights and quality of care

Requirements

• Active RN license 
• Minimum 1 year of recent Long-Term Care experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years (required)
• AHA BLS certification (required)
• Dementia care certification preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Must meet all compliance, onboarding, and credentialing requirements
